The technician was knowledgeable and explained the sources of the issues and how to resolve them, resulting in 1 repair and two recommendations. I was impressed with the integrity of the service, the focus being on the best outcome for the customer with no unnecessary ‘work’ or charges. Would use again and highly recommend them.
